We believe there is nothing more important when arranging an insurance policy than the underwriter behind it - and never more so than for those covers running in perpetuity.
Aviva underwrites the vast majority of our policies and is our insurer of choice. They are the UK's largest insurer with excellent strength and credit rating and a wealth of experience in the legal indemnities sector. Aviva is our insurance partner for our online policies and it is through them that we are able to offer our Price Match guarantee. (Click on menu bar for full details).
Occasionally, individual enquiries may fall outside the scope of Aviva's acceptance criteria or risk appetite. We have links with a number of other major market participants which we can call upon when this happens.
Where capacity is an issue (£150 million is usually our ceiling) we can also bring together our connections to create a shared policy underwriten by two or more insurers, known as coinsurance.
